We are acutely aware that the current economic climate is affecting everyone. One of the reasons we started Imperative Moments was that many photographers were charging very rigid fee structures with outdated packages for a wide range of services especially in regards to rights & reprints.

Whilst it is true to say that you generally get what you pay for, we firmly believe in pricing our services reasonably and providing added value where possible - we also go that extra mile to make your event go with a swing with our stylish and professional service.

Adding value may mean working out the best way for you to organise prints efficiently, without sacrificing quality or it might be providing you with options for additional revenue streams at your events.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility in working style, with the ability to be hands-on when required or discreetly carrying out our work with the minimum of disruption to your event.

AVAILABILITY

Despite only starting (officially!) Imperative Moments in January, we are already seeing a healthy raft of bookings in this and in our Digital Pyrotechnics (Music photography) business. We can pencil in time for your event but please note that it will not be confirmed until a deposit has been received.

WEDDINGS:

Our most popular package is listed below. This suits most weddings - and if you don't see exactly what you need we can adapt the quote accordingly

Includes two photographers to cover final preparations for both Bride and the Groom, coverage all day normally up until the cutting of the cake/first dance.

Standard Options:

Additional hours: £100 per hour
Pre/Post Shoot - for thank you notes or for providing a framed print for guests to sign at the wedding as a unique and personal memento - £350 (Discounted)
Extra album pages: £45 per page
CD of high resolution images (with license to print included): £200 (Discounted)

A deposit of £300 will be required to secure your booking.

We always prefer to meet clients and arrange a pre-shoot before hand so you can get to know us better and feel more relaxed on your big day.

As a matter of course and due to the different way pictures are viewed nowadays we are more than happy to resize and optimise key images for your iPhone, Blackberry, Phone, Screen saver for work etc free of charge which our clients appreciate.

All prices exclude VAT.

We also provide a more simple package that includes coverage on the day up until the Wedding breakfast, the right to print your own photos from a selection of around 150 high quality shots and a small number of 6x9" shots for yourselves. This package has been very competitively priced at £800.

AT-HOME PARTIES

We have specialised in providing a servce that brings a studio to your home including a high quality Print solution enabling us to print out photos ups to 6x9" provided in a simple but elegantframe for your guests to take away.

This is ideal where it is a special occasion and you and your guests are making a special effort to dress up or be there int he first place. We normally set up an hour before the party, take photos during the reception or early stages of the evening and then show the selected photos during coffees at the end of the evening.

Subject to a minimum number of prints being ordered(normally priced between £15 and £20 per print) and paid for on the evening this can actually be done for no charge for the host - contact us to find out more information.

BALLS, CHARITY EVENTS, CORPORATEAND PORTRAIT SESSIONS

These are harder to provide a basis for as each quote is specific on a number of factors. Please contact us to discuss and let Imperative Moments bring that little extra touch of glamour to your events.
